About:
An enhanced version of B. Stein's Vietnam War scenario by J.A.P.R.
Mod files rescued from Atomic Network backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. JAPR's rice fields had no background texture resulting in nasty transparency bleed errors across the whole map so Blake fixed it & recoloured the water to better match rivers & ocean.
